Print Multiple Reports

This feature will allow users to print a numbered range of reports from the history page (10, 25, 50, 100 reports).  There are 2 new search options to customize which reports are shown to either print or view (‘Show only orders completed’ & ‘Show only orders not printed’).

To use this feature start with a date range and select ‘Show only orders completed’ or ‘Show only orders not printed’ or both and then click ‘Search’.  From here, filter the number of reports needed and check-mark ‘Print all selected’ button to see all reports check-marked below.  To start the PDF download, click the ‘Print Selected’ button at the bottom left corner of the screen.  Depending on the amount of reports shown this can take up to a minute to view the pop up PDF download screen, at that time you can save the reports or send the reports to print.

Applicant Scan

This feature will automatically search for any previously ran reports on the applicant once the user enters in the applicants First/Last Name, DOB and SSN.  This will automatically search while the users continue to type the rest of the applicant information in shown in Image 1.  If there are previous orders you will see what is shown in Image 2.  By clicking Previous Order(s) shown in Image 2, this will pop up the past orders on that applicant (shown in Image 3).  If no previous orders exist on the applicant you will see what is shown on Image 4 below.
